Sydney World Masters Come to Corbin...

The Sydney World Masters arrived at Corbin on Saturday 10th October.  Day 1 saw 5 games played in the Over 35 Recreational Group, including an international team - the South African Angels.  The Corbin Reserve playing surface received great praise from players, umpires and officials throughout the day - congratulations to the Pirates Grounds Committee who spent most of the last week preparing the ground.

The schedule for Day 2 at Corbin has 4 games - 3 from the Over 35 Competitive Group and 1 from the Over 45 Recreational Group.  This day will see many former Australian Baseball League and Claxton Shield players take the diamond at the home of the Quakers Hill Pirates - Game 3 includes the Seadogs International from USA.
