Been to Corbin lately?  With great support from Blacktown City Council, Corbin Reserve (the home of the Pirates Baseball Club and already one of the best presented domestic Baseball Parks in Sydney) is about to get even better!!

A new Equipment Shed was recently constructed and presented to the Pirates' Ground Committee.  Not only will the Shed allow for onsite storage of the equipment used by the Grounds team, it means that space can be freed up in the Change Rooms to be....change rooms!

Two new U14 diamonds are nearing completion making Corbin one of the largest Junior Baseball Parks in Sydney.  The grounds have been levelled, the fencing & dugouts are finished, and the irrigation has recently been installed...turfing and the diamond cutouts will be installed in the near future.

A new bigger irrigation tank has recently been installed to support the additional diamonds

Wondering why this fencing has recently been erected near the canteen?  This quadrangle will soon be concreted and an awning constructed over it, providing a shaded seated area for families to enjoy the best bacon & egg rolls in Quakers Hill whilst watching great Baseball!

Go the Pirates!
